Is NCERT enough for NEET preparation?

Yes, NCERT is enough for neet and it must be the main source for NEET Aspirants when it comes to NEET Preparation. If you look at the question trends from the previous year NEET Question Papers of the NEET examination you could easily understand that more than 85% of the NEET questions are asked directly from the NCERT textbooks. Considering this, let’s say, NCERT can be considered as the best preparation material for the NEET examination.

Every year, over 16 lakh students take the NEET exam, and the difficulty of the exam should rise simultaneously with the number of students who apply. So, if you want to be at the top of the list, you should use reference books in addition to NCERT.

It is already said above that NEET 2022 candidates must give first preference to NCERT textbooks but at the same time, they must seek the help of other high-quality study materials too. Let’s see more reasons for considering NCERT as better preparation material for NEET.

  1. It contains well researched relevant information on all the three subjects
  1. NCERT books are easily accessible and understandable due to their clarity in material and simplicity in language.
  2. It is well-formatted in accordance with students’ needs.

Traditional NEET coaching centres usually fill up their study material with tougher questions that lead to a lot of stress and tension in parents and their wards. The NEET aspirant must need good exposure by practicing all kinds of concepts. Practicing with tougher questions leads to a FOMO that will be tougher to deal with. Reading NEET paper analysis will give you a complete idea about this.
