The Raipur Directorate of Medical Education would monitor the entire Chhattisgarh NEET Counselling process. The NEET- UG entrance exams will be used to conduct the counselling. Admission to MBBS/BDS bachelor degree programs will be offered to the state private and government medical/dental colleges through the counselling process. The merit list will be compiled based on the candidates’ NEET exam position and score. The Medical Counselling Committee will conduct NEET 2021 counselling for 15 per cent of All India Quota MBBS/BDS seats in Chhattisgarh (MCC).

Chhattisgarh NEET Counselling 2021 Eligibility Criteria –
- The applicant must be 17 years old as of December 31, 2021, with a maximum age of 25 years for general category candidates. For reserved category applicants, such as SC/ST, there will be a 5-year age relaxation.
- For admission to the Chhattisgarh NEET UG 2021, candidates must be residents of the state. A candidate does not need to produce their domicile certificate if they completed their Class 10 and 12 in state-run schools.
- If a candidate passed Class 10 or 12 outside of the state, the general domicile certificate must be submitted.
- Candidates must have a 50% average in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English in order to be considered. While reserved category applicants must complete Class 12 with a 40% qualifying percentile, Persons with Disabilities (PwD) must pass the national level offline admission test with a 45% qualifying percentile.

Chhattisgarh NEET Counselling 2021 Process
Registration, choice filling, seat allotment list publication, document verification, and reporting to the designated institute are all part of the Chhattisgarh NEET counselling 2021 procedure. Each phase has its own distinct characteristics, which are detailed below:
Registration –
The candidates need to register on the official website of the DME to participate in the Chhattisgarh NEET Counselling process. Here is the detailed step by step procedure to complete the online registration.
- Visit cgdme.co.in.
- Register with a valid email address and phone number.
- Carefully complete the application form’s data.
- Choose a security question and a password.
- Before submitting the application form, double-check it.
- Pay the Rs 1,000 registration fee.
- The login ID and password will be issued to the email address provided at registration.
Choice Filling –
Post completion of the registration procedure, a candidate must submit their preferences (course/college) for the Chhattisgarh NEET 2021 counselling. The candidate must first check in to the official website account and make their selections.
Candidates should be aware that they will only be given the opportunity to fill out the options once. As a result, students are instructed to select as many options as feasible. They must also keep in mind that after choices have been submitted, they cannot be modified.
Seat Allotment List –
The seats will be allocated depending on the candidate’s performance in NEET 2021 and the choices he/ she has made. Seats that remain vacant after the first round of Chhattisgarh NEET counselling 2021 will be passed over to the second round.
To replace the seats left vacant after the second round of Chhattisgarh NEET 2021 counselling, an offline mop-up round would be held.
