The Andhra Pradesh NEET Counseling is held for 100% state quota medical seats in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The application form for admission to Dr NTR University’s undergraduate medical and dental programmes will be available soon.

Candidates will be accepted to the MBBS/BDS programme at all of the medical and dental institutions affiliated with Dr NTRUHS, Vijayawada, as well as the MBBS course provided by SVIMS, Tirupati, through the counselling procedure.

Andhra Pradesh NEET Counselling 2021 Eligibility Criteria

A specific type of eligibility is required for AP NEET counselling. Candidates should verify that they meet all of the following qualifying requirements:

  • The candidate must have passed the NEET 2021 exam.
  • The applicant must be an Indian citizen. 
  • Candidates who are PIO/OCI are also eligible to apply for AP NEET 2021 counselling.
  • The candidate must have graduated from a recognised board/institute with a Class 12 diploma or equivalent. In addition, the qualifying test should include Biology, Chemistry, English, and Physics as core courses.

Local and Non Local Candidates – 

Local candidates will be entitled to apply for 15 per cent of unreserved seats and 85 per cent of reserved seats. Non-locals can only apply for the 15% unreserved seats.

Andhra Pradesh NEET Counselling 2021 Process & Documents Required

To register for NEET 2021 Andhra Pradesh State Counselling, candidates need to visit the official website of the Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada. Below is a step-by-step guide to the counselling procedure.

1. Login and Registration – Applicants can visit the official website to access the online portal for AP NEET counselling once it is available. After selecting the ‘online counselling’ option, candidates must provide their NEET rank, roll number, and application form registration number.

2. The online option filling process for Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling will appear on the screen. A list of colleges will be accessible, complete with college name, college code, location, courses, and district name.

3. After successfully choosing your preference, fill up the data and click the ‘save’ button to save your preferences. The registered mobile number will get an OTP, which must be input in the field given before clicking the ‘confirm’ button. After the process is completed, the options entered will be locked automatically.

Documents Required for Andhra Pradesh NEET Counselling

Candidates who are given a seat in the AP NEET 2021 Counseling will be required to provide the following documents in order to complete the admission process.

  • Printout of NEET application form 2021
  • NEET admit card 2021
